Because our email uses IMAP, your mail stays on the server and stays in sync everywhere. Read a message on your phone and it shows as read in Outlook. File it in a folder on your laptop and it’s in that folder on your tablet. When you’re away from your own devices, webmail lets you check your mail from any browser.

That makes it easy to add a new phone, replace a computer or let a staff member check mail from the road without losing anything.

Free email accounts are fine for personal use, but they send the wrong message on a business card or invoice. Customers are more likely to trust, open and reply to mail from yourname@yourbusiness.com than from a free address, and it’s much harder for scammers to impersonate a business that uses its own domain consistently.

Business email also belongs to your business. When an employee leaves, you still control their mailbox and the mail customers send to it. When you add staff, you add addresses on the same domain. Everything stays under your name, managed by a team you can call.
